Since 1990, PEMSA has been a construction enterprise compromised to the development and technological advance of the state of Tamaulipas and the rest of the country.

The geographical location of our installations has allowed us to participate in numerous Industrial and Government works, mainly along the north border of our state in cities as Nuevo Laredo, Reynosa, Río Bravo and Matamoros.
